Damage Claims

If you receive a shipped package from us that shows visible damage, request that your driver notes the damage upon delivery.  Immediately contact us so we may begin the claims process with the carrier and replace whatever items have been lost or damaged.

Any claims for shortages or errors in shipping must be made to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
