Returns and Exchanges

When returning an item, please call (704-662-8299) or email to request an RGA number. The RGA number must be placed on the outside of the package that's being returned. Pack the item in a sturdy box and include a copy of the invoice, along with any special instructions, and a brief description of the problem (if the item is defective.) Be sure to include a daytime phone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, or maybe you just ordered the wrong part, we will allow you to return your new, unused item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Any item returned after 30 days is subject to a 15% restock fee and is only eligible for exchange or credit (no refunds.) NO returns will be accepted after 60 days.

All returned merchandise must be in the original factory condition, with no modifications or alterations, and must include original packaging, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If the item being returned needs to be repackaged, a 15% repackaging fee will apply.

We will not accept returns on electrical parts or special order items.
